Ximedica Adds Interaction Designer to its Stable of Experts

PROVIDENCE, RI & MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL, MN ( April 28, 2015) – As the use of digitally based technologies for patient/provider interaction has become ubiquitous, Ximedica, provider of comprehensive product development services to leading medical device and healthcare companies has added interactive design capabilities to its service offering.

Jeff McCloud joins Ximedica as an Interaction Designer bringing a rich background in the development of virtual/augmented reality interfaces. Among many projects he is credited with is the design and production of an arthritis simulation glove to enable a better understanding of physical disabilities. He has also spent a significant amount of his career researching and designing a multi-modal interface to help individuals with traumatic brain injuries to drive safely.
