Ximedica's HFID Designer Ayan Bhandari Speaking at DESIGNxRI Clambake

Ximedica’s Human Factors Industrial Designer Ayan Bhandari will be presenting at the DESIGNxRI Clambake to be held on Wednesday, November 16th from 6 - 8 pm in Providence. DESIGNxRI Clambake is a gathering for designers, creatives, those who like design and those who want to know more. The Clambake is also an opportunity to meet presenters from different design disciplines and different phases of their career. The presentations are generally 15 minutes followed by Q&A.

Ayan’s presentation will focus on his experience at Ximedica and how that has framed the development of the first product for nuway LLC, a startup company focused on making public transportation safer for women in third world countries. They are in the midst of developing their flagship product, a lap bar for women who sit side saddle on the back of motorcycle taxis.
