Save the Date: 2016 IDSA Medical Design Conference

The 2016 Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA)‘s Medical Design Conference will be held Nov. 11–12, 2016 at the University of California-San Francisco (UCSF) Medical Center’s Mission Bay Conference Center (link is external), based in a new. 43-acre. life sciences campus for teaching and research.

The IDSA conference will be chaired by Bill Evans, IDSA, senior vice president of innovation at Bridge Design (link is external), a Ximedica (link is external)company. “It’s an exciting time to be a designer in healthcare,” says Evans. “Our profession has a pivotal role—using design to help improve outcomes in a more cost effective way made possible by the digital revolution sweeping through our industry.”
