Our collaborative culture is embodied by the open floor plan of our offices. We are devoid of departmental boundaries, high walls, and other barriers to open dialog and spontaneous sharing of ideas. Instead, wall space often serves to display research imagery, sketches, schedules, and other visual artifacts where they can be discussed and built upon by peers in true charette style. In addition, our private client workspaces are invaluable for mutual collaboration and total immersion into the innovation process.
And while our culture is tight-knit, it is not isolated. Ximedica supports its professional and local communities on many levels. We take active roles in many industry, professional development, and civic organizations, and support numerous causes through charitable giving.
