Our executive management team holds ultimate accountability for the success of our clients and our business.

	Stephen Lane Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder As CEO, Steve leads the strategic vision of the company as he has since its inception over 20 years ago. Since that time, Steve has remained devoted to anticipating the needs of the company’s clients and ensuring that they are met with unsurpassed excellence. Steve is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, where he earned his degree in industrial design, and where he is now a member of the Board of Trustees.
	Aidan Petrie Chief Innovation Officer and Co-Founder In his role as Chief Innovation Officer, Aidan maintains hands-on involvement in overseeing client programs and stays at the forefront of lean product development process. Aidan has been involved with hundreds of development programs and product launches throughout the company’s history, and applies that experience to each new challenge. Aidan holds a degree in Product Engineering from Central St. Martins School of London and a Masters in Industrial Design from the Rhode Island School of Design.
	Dan Reifsteck Chief Operating Officer As Chief Operating Officer, Dan is focused on driving continuous improvement throughout the organization, with an emphasis on lean process, quality systems, and the seamless integration of R&D services and manufacturing. Prior to joining Ximedica, Dan held senior management positions for Agfa Healthcare (formally Heartlab), where he most recently ran their International Healthcare IT Services Business. Dan holds a degree in Biology from Ithaca College and a masters degree from the University of Rhode Island.
	David Robson Vice President, Development Dave is the primary point of contact for many clients and works closely with development teams to scope complex technical development programs for the most effective and efficient outcome. Dave's extensive experience in medical device product development, in both capital equipment and sterile disposables, includes positions with Genzyme Biosurgery, Deknatel, Niche Medical, and DHD Healthcare. Dave holds a BSME degree from the University of Rochester.
	Darren Abrams Executive Vice President, Corporate Development Darren is responsible for leading the company’s strategic planning and its integration with business development, marketing, finance, and operations. He has previously served as COO, general manager, and head of research and strategy services. Darren's prior experience includes senior positions in management consulting and marketing in the digital media industry. Darren holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Bryant University.
	Anita Kestin, MD, M.P.H. Medical Director As Ximedica’s staff Medical Director, Dr. Anita Kestin plays a critical role in the company's human centered healthcare services for hospitals and healthcare providers. She also contributes to the company's clinical research activities, coordinates outside medical advisory activities and provides a valuable clinical viewpoint to many client programs. In addition to her expertise in patient safety and quality, Dr. Kestin has over 25 years of clinical and research experience in hematology-oncology at Massachusetts General Hospital, Medical Center of Central Massachusetts, and Rhode Island Hospital. She earned both her MD and M.P.H. degrees from Brown University, and an AB degree from Princeton University.
	Bill Stetter Chief Financial Officer Bill oversees all aspects of the company's finance and accounting functions. Prior to joining the company in 2007, Bill served as CFO for Heartlab, a leader in cardiovascular digital imaging, during the company's rapid growth and eventual sale to Agfa. Bill also has extensive experience in managing professional services firms. He is a CPA and holds an undergraduate degree from Fordham University and a master's degree from NYU.
