Human Factors Engineer

As
a Human Factors Engineer, Kristy brings a human-centered approach to
the Healthcare Delivery Solutions team. She enjoys spending time “in
the field,” performing contextual research, ethnographic observations,
interviewing, and running simulation sessions. Her Industrial
Engineering background provides a strong foundation for creating process
workflows and task maps that reflect current and future processes.
Before
joining Ximedica, Kristy handled process improvement and Lean projects
at Mass General Hospital (through their parent company, Partners
Healthcare). During her graduate studies, she served as an intern
consultant at the Design and Usability Center at Bentley University.
Kristy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master of Science degree in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Bentley University.
