Director, Healthcare Delivery Solutions

In her role as Director of Healthcare Delivery Solutions, Kristin leads and advises a multi-disciplined team made up of research, design, strategy, and implementation. The group takes an unconventional approach to problem resolution by combining well-proven tools and methods with those steeped in human-centered design. With over 12 years in the healthcare industry, Kristin’s role as client advocate ensures a consistent drive to a collaborative approach in problem resolution that creates adoptable, sustainable, and measureable results.

Before joining Ximedica, Kristin has managed innovative medical device and major capital businesses that cross the continuum of patient care and with the constant underpinning of safety, quality, and ease-of-use. These include positions at 3M in Strategic Business Development, STERIS as Director of Marketing Surgical Solutions, and Covidien as Director of Advanced Wound Care.

Kristin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota.
